Sogra Nishath is a seasoned professional in the field of user research and experience design, currently serving as a Software Engineering Director and Director of Research & Validation for Out-Of-Box Experience Strategy and Content Experience at HP since May 2017. Prior to HP, Sogra held significant roles at Dell EMC, including Director of Setup & Onboarding & Content Experience and Senior Experience Design & Research Manager, where responsibilities included leading user research for enterprise software. Sogra's earlier experience includes managerial and technical positions at HumanCentric, focusing on human factors for major clients, and contributions to UI design for a mobile phone manufacturer. Educational achievements include a Master’s degree in Human Factors Engineering from Wright State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Medical Electronics from BMS College of Engineering, complemented by foundational education in Electronics.
