Crystal Guzzardo, PHR, MS-HRM, serves as the Human Resources Director for HP Hood LLC since March 2020, leading HR efforts for the multi-site ESL/Aseptic Division. Previously, Crystal held the position of Director of HR for MedMen from May 2019 to March 2020, managing HR operations across New York and Illinois, including labor relations, employee relations, and staffing strategies. Crystal's experience also includes roles at Lithia Motors, Inc. as an HR Business Partner and Employee Relations Manager, and at Carbone Auto Group as an HR Manager and Generalist. Crystal earned a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Development from Villanova University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from SUNY Polytechnic Institute.
