Edoardo Camilli has a diverse work experience in various roles within different organizations. Edoardo started as an intern at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Italy in 2010. Later that year, they interned at the Istituto Affari Internazionali (IAI), where they assisted senior researchers in writing reports and articles on transatlantic relations and security-related issues. In 2011, Camilli joined the Nereus Network of European Regions Using Space Technology as an intern. At the same time, they founded and served as the Director of The International Security Observer, a platform for young professionals in security and strategic affairs. Camilli also worked as a freelance security analyst for a private corporation, providing country risk analysis, intelligence reports, terrorism analysis, and social media monitoring services from 2011 to 2018. In 2014, they became the CEO of Hozint - Horizon Intelligence, a position they currently hold.

- From 2006 to 2009, Edoardo attended Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, where they pursued a Master's degree in International Relations and Diplomacy.
- In 2007, they participated in an Erasmus program at Vilniaus universitetas / Vilnius University, focusing on International Relations.
- Edoardo completed their Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Diplomacy at Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna from 2003 to 2006.
- In 2010, they pursued a Second level Master's degree in Intelligence & National Security at Link Campus University of Malta.
Additionally, Edoardo Camilli obtained a certification in the "Intro to ChatGPT Course" from Codecademy in April 2023.
