Simon Davies is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across diverse industries. Since October 2012, Simon has served as Chief Executive Officer at Hozelock and HOZELOCK EXEL France, overseeing operations for Europe's leading provider of consumer irrigation and plant protection products. Prior experience includes Senior Advisor at Cairneagle Associates, Course Leader at EACA International School of Advertising and Communications, Managing Director at Sidelight, and Founder of E-METRIXX, a publisher of digital psychometric tools. Simon's prior executive experience also includes a tenure as Chief Marketing Officer at Molson Coors Brewing Company and Marketing Manager at Cadbury Trebor Bassett. Simon holds a BSc (Hons) in Marketing from Lancaster University, an Advanced Management Programme degree from INSEAD, and a Certified Diploma in Accounting and Finance from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
