Alexandra Quintana has been working in the marketing and community management fields since 2018. In 2018, they worked as a Community Manager at Softcomputo, where they created content strategies for different social media platforms, planned and created content calendars, and contributed to the overall marketing strategy through social media campaigns. From 2019 to 2022, Quintana worked at The Biz Nation, first as a Content Marketing Manager, then as a Junior Marketing Assistant, and finally as a Professional in Practice. In their roles at The Biz Nation, they wrote content, managed leads and online traffic, and conducted email marketing and newsletter campaigns. Alexandra is currently employed at Hoytrabajas (YC W22) as an Analyst of Community, Engagement & Performance, and at hackU Educación as a Marketing Analyst, where they develop strategic marketing initiatives and activities with a focus on digital, implements marketing plans that include content, paid campaigns, and social media management, configures tracking systems for marketing campaigns and digital activities, and strengthens the organization's overall brand through all communication channels.
Alexandra Quintana received their degree in Comunicaciones from Universidad de Cartagena - Colombia in 2020. In 2021, they became a Licensed Practitioner Of NLP from Richard Bandler y The Society of Neuro-linguistic Programming and completed a Curso Inboud Marketing from Coderhouse.
