Joey (Xinyi) Lim is a seasoned professional in global business development and content acquisitions, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Global Business Development (Entertainment) at HoYoverse. Previously, Joey held key positions including Senior Acquisitions Manager at Prime Video & Amazon Studios and Manager of Content Acquisitions at Netflix. Joey's experience also includes managing channel operations and content commissioning at Mediacorp Pte Ltd for various platforms, including Channel U and Capital 95.8FM. Additionally, Joey began a career as a Conference Producer at Pacific Conferences. Joey holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies from Nanyang Technological University Singapore, earned between 2008 and 2011.
