David Owen is a Partner at HOYNG ROKH MONEGIER since January 2011, specializing in Intellectual Property litigation and prosecution. Prior to this, David held the position of Partner at Howrey LLP from 2005 to 2010, focusing on patent litigation and counseling in various technology sectors. David began as a Senior Associate at Howrey LLP, and previously worked as an Associate at Foley & Lardner and Arnold White & Durkee, concentrating on patent litigation and prosecution. David’s career commenced as an Engineer at ABB from 1987 to 1993. Academic qualifications include a JD from the University of Houston Law Center and a BE in Electrical Engineering from The University of Auckland, along with a QLTT from The College of Law.
