Jeanette Chia is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various prestigious companies. Currently serving as the Group Chief HR Officer at Hoya since January 2021, previous roles include Senior Vice President of Human Resources at ST Engineering from 2017 to 2020, and HR Head for Asia & Middle East at Trafigura in 2013 to 2014. Additional experience encompasses HR Head positions at ANZ, UBS, and Citi Private Bank, along with HR management roles at United Overseas Bank Limited and The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. Jeanette began their career with Singtel. Jeanette holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.), with Honours in History and a major in Psychology from the National University of Singapore.
