Jeanette Chia is an experienced HR executive currently serving as Group Chief HR Officer at Hoya since January 2021. Prior roles include Senior Vice President of Human Resources at ST Engineering, HR Head for Asia & Middle East at Trafigura, and HR leadership positions at ANZ, UBS, Citi Private Bank, United Overseas Bank Limited, The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., and Singtel. Jeanette Chia holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) with Honours in History and a major in Psychology from the National University of Singapore, completed in 1993.
