Max Jamilly

Max Jamilly is an accomplished entrepreneur and scientist with a strong background in biotechnology and synthetic biology. As a co-founder of Hoxton Farms since June 2020, Max focuses on producing real animal fat without using animals. Previous roles include consulting for Legendairy Foods and Jelly Drops, where contributions were made in biotech applications for cheese and healthcare solutions for dementia patients, respectively. With a PhD in Synthetic Biology from the University of Oxford, Max developed a CRISPR screening platform for leukemia drug discovery and has experience as an investment associate at RT Partners, analyzing biotech opportunities.
