Perttu Toikkanen has worked in various roles since 2009. Perttu began their career as a Tennis Instructor at Helsingin Lawn-Tennis Klubi in 2009. In 2014, they became a Customer Service Advisor at Kuvaverkko. In 2016, they took on the role of Sales Representative at Procountor, where they helped customers find the best solution for their accounting and financial management needs. In 2017, they held the role of Customer Support Specialist at Leadfeeder, where they helped companies to turn website visitors into quality sales leads. Perttu also became a Customer Success Manager at Futusome, where they focused on making data readily available for partners. In 2018, they took on the roles of Support Team Lead and Customer Support Specialist at Hoxhunt, where they worked to reduce human asset risk in cybersecurity and change employee behavior.
Perttu Toikkanen attended Tölö Gymnasium from 2007 to 2010, earning a High School degree. From 2012 to 2015, they attended the University of Vaasa, earning a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Business Administration with a focus in Computer Science. In 2015, they also attended the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) as part of a student exchange program, studying International Business. Finally, they returned to the University of Vaasa from 2015 to 2020, earning a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration with a focus in Computer Science.
