Nelson Sivalingam is a seasoned professional with significant experience in the fields of learning and development, business development, and media. As Co-Founder and CEO of HowNow since September 2016, Nelson has led the development of an integrated learning platform designed to enhance organizational onboarding and skill development. In addition, Nelson authored "Learning at Speed," a book published by Kogan Page in June 2022, which explores the application of lean and agile methodologies in improving learning and development strategies. Previous roles include Founder & CEO of One Minute London, Business Development at Apple, Director at Barking Mad Productions, and New Media Executive at L'Oréal. Nelson holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Business and Management from Aston University.
