Aubrey Skinner is the owner of South of Six Staffing, providing bartending services for private events since August 2017. Additionally, Aubrey has held positions as a bartender at Howl at the Moon since September 2018, and previously worked as a Directors Club Bartender for the Houston Livestock and Rodeo from February 2019 to March 2020. Experience includes serving as a Bartender Trainer at Bar Louie, Del Frisco's Restaurant Group, and Pappadeaux Restaurant between 2012 and 2019, where responsibilities encompassed training new staff and maintaining high service standards. Prior project management experience at JMC Global involved client relationship management and coordination of multiple projects. Aubrey earned an Associate of Science degree in Registered Nursing from Lone Star College, completing studies from 2017 to 2021.
