Victoria Waite has amassed a diverse range of experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as the Head of Strategic Initiatives and People at Howden Group Holdings since July 2021. Prior roles include Account Executive for Climate Risk and Resilience at Howden Insurance Brokers Limited and various positions at HOWDEN INSURANCE BROKERS LIMITED, from Account Executive to Personal Assistant to Directors. Victoria's career began in customer-facing roles, including as a Receptionist at Hyperion Insurance Group and Admissions Assistant at Historic Royal Palaces. Victoria holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of East Anglia, obtained between 2012 and 2015, and attended Ribston Hall High School from 2005 to 2012.
