Stuart Martin currently serves in the Climate Risk and Resilience office at Howden Group Holdings, where efforts include establishing a global team, enhancing disaster risk finance for the humanitarian sector, developing a carbon offset invalidation product, and aiding energy clients' transition to a lower carbon economy. Previously, at J.P. Morgan, Stuart worked as an Investment Specialist focusing on client development and investment management, and contributed to the firm's climate-related risk management framework. Experience also includes a role as a Military Advisor for the UK Ministry of Defence, providing strategic policy advice in Europe, and leadership positions within the Royal Navy, including Head of Leadership at École Navale and Department Head on a French warship. Educational qualifications include a BA in French and Italian from the University of Bristol and advanced management training from Alliance Manchester Business School.
