Samara Bailey is an experienced professional in HR technology and systems, currently serving as the Workday Functional Workstream Lead at ABB since April 2024. Prior to this role, Samara was the Group HRIS Manager at Howden Group Holdings and held the position of Workday Functional Lead at both CloudRock Partners and Adevinta. Samara began a career focus on Workday technology at Accenture, where roles included Workday Technology Delivery Lead Manager and Consultant in Business & Systems Integration. Earlier experience includes positions at Paramount Pictures and Flight Centre. Samara holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Government & International Relations from the University of Sydney, completed in 2004.
