Radhia Arnold is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in change management and project management. Currently serving as Global HR Continuous Improvement Manager at Howden since March 2023, Radhia focuses on implementing change management strategies for new HR and Payroll systems. Prior to this role, Radhia worked at Thales in various capacities, including Project Manager for the Divestment Programme and M&A Project Manager. Previous experience spans multiple HR roles, including Service Delivery Manager and Operations Coordinator. Radhia commenced a career in HR in temporary assignments from 2006 to 2010 and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources and Organisational Psychology from the University of Cape Town.
