Michael Forman serves as the Co-Head of North America for Howden Capital Markets & Advisory since April 2017. Prior experience includes roles at AIG as Director of Commercial Insurance Strategy and Associate Director of Global Strategy and M&A from May 2014 to April 2017, and as an Investment Banking Associate at Willis Capital Markets & Advisory from August 2011 to April 2014. Earlier in the career, Michael worked at Travelers Insurance as an Associate Account Executive and completed a Structured Finance Internship at State Street. Michael holds a BS in Finance from Bentley University and an MBA in Finance from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business.
