David Gilbert is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in budgeting, financial planning, and reimbursement management. Currently serving as Budget & Financial Manager at Howard Center since October 2017, David previously held the position of Reimbursement & Financial Planning Manager at Copley Hospital for a brief period in 2017. Prior to that, David was a Senior Financial Specialist at Fletcher Allen Health Care from July 2007 to 2017 and spent time at IBM as a Sales Operation Specialist from 2000 to 2007. David holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Finance from Saint Michael's College.
