Matthew Jasmin, PE, PTOE, is a seasoned Senior Civil Engineer with Howard Stein Hudson since October 2016 and an Adjunct Professor at the University of Massachusetts Lowell since September 2017. Matthew has a military background as a Civil Engineer with the United States Air Force since October 2013, and previously served as a Project Designer and Project Manager for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Department of Transportation, where responsibilities included transportation improvement projects and traffic analysis using various software. Matthew's expertise extends to coaching and consulting, having trained high school athletes and led engineering projects for non-profits such as Engineers Without Borders and Offelina of 52 Kids Victim of Haiti. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Transportation Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Brown University.
