Shareena McCullin has extensive experience in customer service and sales, currently serving as Customer Service Manager at Howard Medical since June 2017, following a role as Customer Service Specialist. Prior to this, Shareena worked at Howard Technology Solutions as Inside Sales - Quote Tech from June 2016 to June 2017 and held the position of Inside Sales Representative at Howard Medical from December 2013 to July 2015. Earlier professional experience includes serving as Office Manager at Completely Clean from December 2007 to December 2013, where responsibilities included customer support and call management. Shareena holds an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management from Jones College, obtained in 2016.
