Mr. Nilesh Bafna is Chief Financial Officer of the Company and holds overall responsibility of Finance and Accounts. He had joined in April 2006 as Manager Finance. He has overall 15 plus years of hands on experience in Finance, Accounting, Consolidation, Taxation & Planning and Designing & Implementation of Internal Control System, Formulating Budgets and Financing Planning. He is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and also hold Diploma in Information & System Audit from the Institute, and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce.
