Bo Fu currently serves as Senior Director of Engineering at Houzz, overseeing critical user and revenue growth through leadership of the Consumer, Ads, Marketplace, and Pro Growth Engineering teams. Prior to Houzz, Bo Fu was Head of Closeup and Distribution at Pinterest, directing engineering teams focused on Related Pins Recommendations and Creator Distribution. Additionally, in previous roles at Pinterest, Bo Fu was a Senior Engineering Manager. Bo Fu has experience as an Engineering Manager at Google, where efforts included the democratization of AI, and at YouTube, focusing on comments ranking using natural language processing. Bo Fu began the career at Google as a Software Engineer specializing in network infrastructure and distributed systems. Bo Fu holds an M.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Virginia Tech and a B.S. in Electronic Engineering from Tsinghua University.
