Ashleigh Clarke is a professional with a robust background in property surveying and valuation. Currently serving as a Consultant Surveyor and Valuer at Houzecheck Surveyors since August 2022 and as a Senior Residential Surveyor at OpenHouse Surveyors since December 2021, Ashleigh specializes in completing Homebuyers reports and Mortgage valuations. Prior experience includes roles as a Residential Building Surveyor and Valuer at Sterlingworth Surveyors Ltd from October 2020 to January 2023, and as a Property Development Manager at Scenic International Group Limited from September 2016 to November 2021. Ashleigh's tenure as a Development Manager honed project management skills, including scoping and budgeting from concept to completion. Ashleigh holds a BS(c) Hons degree in RICS Real Estate Management from Kingston University, completed in May 2013.
