Husni Al Bayari has over two decades of experience in the real estate industry. Husni started their career at Emaar in 2002 as a Senior Sales Executive, where they built strong relationships with clients and achieved consistent sales revenue. In 2015, they founded D&B Properties, where they currently serve as the Chairman and Founder. In this role, Husni oversees the leadership team and overall company functions, aiming to position D&B Properties as the top real estate company in Dubai. In 2020, Husni also founded houza, an innovative property search solution that provides verified and extensive property listings in the UAE. As the founder, Husni leads a team of licensed agents to make houza a trusted platform for residents, property owners, and investors.

Husni Al Bayari attended the American University of Sharjah from 1998 to 2003, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing.
