Tamar Price currently serves as the Digital Executive Producer at Houston Public Media since May 2022, following a tenure as Producer at Material from May 2021 to May 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Multimedia Coordinator at The Austin Chronicle for seven years, where Tamar collaborated with the sales team to enhance clients' digital engagement through various online platforms. Notable projects include serving as Lead Producer for the SXSW 2019 premiere of Yirga and contributing as a Writer for Warrior Chorus Austin, documenting veteran programs. Tamar has also produced the "We Are" film series and worked in various capacities in media production and journalism during early career stages, including photography and video production for Bobcat Update and University Star Newspaper.
