Jessica Neyman is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in both educational and legal settings. Currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer for Houston Independent School District since October 2023, Jessica has previously held key HR leadership roles, including Vice President of Human Resources at IDEA Public Schools and Chief Human Resources Officer at Killeen Independent School District. Jessica's diverse background encompasses roles such as Director of Human Resources in various school districts and legal counsel, where expertise in labor relations, employee services, and advocacy has been demonstrated. Jessica holds a Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Sociology from Dartmouth College. Additionally, Jessica has completed the Texas Superintendents' Certification Institute and achieved Superintendent of Schools Certification.
