Roy Spivey, PMP, has extensive experience in information technology management across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Information Technology at the Houston Housing Authority since February 2017, Roy previously held similar leadership roles at the Harris County Tax Office, GetixHealth, The BTS Team, NACE International, and Health Administration Services. Notably, at NACE International, Roy reorganized the IT staff and infrastructure to accommodate the organization's growth. Roy began their career at Randall & Dewey, where contributions included the completion of an oil and gas database project and the establishment of the IT department. Roy earned a degree in Business Computer Information Systems with a focus on Computer Science from the University of Houston-Downtown.
