Evangelina (Eva) Rangel, PACE, serves as the Administrative Coordinator in the Director's Office at the Houston Health Department since March 2015. Previous roles include Executive Assistant in the Department of Surgery at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston, Senior Administrative Coordinator in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Baylor College of Medicine, and Senior Staff Assistant assisting Pediatric Cardiologists at UTHealth. Eva's extensive experience also includes roles as Executive Secretary at Texas Children's Hospital, Admissions Counselor at Houston Northwest Medical Center, and Executive Secretary at Associated Medical Corporation. With a career spanning over three decades, Eva has demonstrated expertise in administrative coordination, travel arrangements, calendar management, and handling sensitive information across various healthcare settings.
