Courtney Smith, MAIOP has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Courtney currently holds the position of Senior Director of Human Resources at the Houston Dynamo Football Club since January 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Human Resources at the same organization from September 2021 to January 2023. Before joining the Houston Dynamo Football Club, they held the position of Director of Human Resources at The Village School from June 2018 to September 2021. Courtney also gained valuable experience at Nord Anglia Education, where they served as the Human Resources Administrator for the Americas Region from November 2016 to May 2018. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resources Assistant at Nord Anglia Education from August 2016 to October 2016.

Courtney Smith, MAIOP, earned a Master's Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Elmhurst College, studying from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Psychology at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater from 2012 to 2016.
