Christina Roman currently serves as the Stadium Operations Manager for Houston Dynamo Football Club, a position held since July 2023. Prior to this role, Christina was the Operations Manager at ASM Global, becoming the first female Operations Manager at NRG Park, where expertise in facility management, stadium operations, production, and outside operations was developed. Christina's extensive experience includes roles such as Operations Coordinator at Generations AV, Stagehand, Event Operations Crew at Harris County - Houston Sports Authority, Program Coordinator and Facility Manager Assistant at Texas State University - Round Rock Campus, and Park Attendant at the City of New Braunfels. Educationally, Christina holds a Bachelor of Science in Recreation Administration from Texas State University and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Facility Management at The University of Texas at San Antonio.
