Dana Greer is an experienced culinary professional with a strong background in various kitchen roles. Currently serving as a Line Chef at Houston Country Club since June 2016, Dana previously held the position of Sous Chef at Jackson and Company from August 2007 to May 2012, and was the Executive Chef at Victor’s On The Square from August 1991 to August 1996. Dana’s education includes an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Houston Community College (2010-2012) and an Associate of Arts in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from The Art Institutes (2009-2010).
