Dr. Reagan Flowers was appointed by the HCC Board of Trustees as the Trustee for District IV. She is an entrepreneur, social change agent, pioneer, and innovator. Dr. Flowers is a leading thinker in the field of STEM education and STEM talent pipeline development changing the way people visualize, conceptualize, and experience STEM.
She is the founder of C-STEM Teacher and Student Support Services, Inc., and Chief Knowledge Officer for Education Consulting Services, LLC.
Dr. Flowers’ philanthropic efforts reach more than 42 countries with nearly $10MM in services delivered to underserved and underrepresented minority populations and providing access to immeasurable information and economic opportunities. Some notable recognitions include being honored by the White House as a STEM Access Champion of Change, World Innovation Summit on Education Finalist, and nationally recognized as one of a 100 Women Leaders in STEM.
Dr. Flowers holds a B.S. in Biology minor in Chemistry from Texas Southern University, a M.A. in Counseling from Prairie View A&M University of Texas and a Ph.D. in Education Leadership/Systems from the Union Institute and University. She resides in Houston with her husband and enjoys the culinary arts and traveling throughout the world.
