Beau Batterson is an experienced media professional with a diverse background in promotions, digital media, and education. Currently serving as a Promotions Writer/Producer at KWWL since August 2016, Beau is responsible for writing, producing, and editing promotional content for The CW 7.2. As a Digital Media Specialist at Batterson Media since October 2018, Beau creates video and social media content to enhance client branding. Additionally, Beau has been an Adjunct Instructor at Hawkeye Community College since August 2017, teaching young entrepreneurs about marketing through website design and social media. Previous roles include Creative Content Producer and Senior Video Editor at Bus-Stop Productions and various production positions spanning freelance videography, editing, and coordination for independent films. Beau holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Northern Iowa and an Associate of Science in Film and Video Production from Full Sail University.
