David H. Robbins, M.S. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in infrastructure and project management within the aviation sector. Currently serving as the Director of Infrastructure/Resiliency at Houston Airport System, David oversees a $1.4 billion capital improvement program, focusing on program controls, project delivery, project design, and construction. Previous roles include leadership positions with the City of San Antonio and the City of Chicago Department of Aviation, where significant projects included the $55 million O'Hare H&R Plant Modernization. Notably, David has extensive experience in sustainability initiatives, having led the “Greening NFL Draft Town Chicago” program.
