Anna R. began their work experience in 2019 as a Customer Support Agent at GAMIVO. Anna then became a Customer Support Solutionist from April to September 2020 before being promoted to Customer Support Team Lead from October 2020 to August 2022. Following this, they joined MSTS Tolls as a Customer Success I from October 2022 to January 2023. Currently, Anna is working as a Priority Support Agent at HousingAnywhere, starting in April 2023.

Anna R. pursued their education in a chronological manner. Anna started their academic journey in 2018 at Uniwersytet im. Adama Mickiewicza w Poznaniu, where they began their studies without specifying a degree or field of study. After completing their studies there in 2021, they moved on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Spanish Language and Literature at Wyższa Szkoła Języków Obcych im. Samuela Bogumiła Lindego. Anna R. is expected to complete their bachelor's degree by the end of 2023.
