Neron Adams-Escalera, MPA, currently serves as a Management Analyst at the Housing Opportunities Commission since April 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Real Estate Acquisition Manager at Orchard from August 2021 to November 2022 and Director of Member Services at Greenbelt Homes, Inc. from October 2017 to July 2021. Neron held earlier positions at the Housing Opportunities Commission as a Compliance Analyst and at the New York City Housing Authority as a Business Analyst focused on Performance Management. Additional experience includes serving as a Management Specialist at the Philadelphia Housing Authority from 2006 to 2008. Neron holds a B.B.A. in Legal and Business Management from the Fox School of Business at Temple University and a Master's degree in Public Administration with a focus on Policy Analysis and Evaluation from Baruch College.
