Additionally, Franklin is the Founder and CEO of Urban Design Center, where a commitment to enhancing economic opportunities for communities of color drives projects involving over $200 million in affordable housing and urban development. Franklin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from UCLA, earned between 1982 and 1987.
