Lauren Pease, MSW, currently serves as the Senior Grants Manager at Housing Hope, where responsibilities include overseeing an extensive grant portfolio and supervising a Grant Coordinator. Lauren has prior experience as a Rapid Re-housing Program Coordinator at Catholic Charities Eastern Washington, managing operations and funding for housing programs, as well as working as a Rapid Re-housing Case Manager. Earlier in the career, Lauren completed internships with organizations focused on policy advocacy, LGBTQ+ youth support, and community resources. Educational background includes a Master of Social Work from the University of Connecticut and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Whitworth University.
