Medad is a holder of a Masters in Arts (Economic Policy & Planning) from Makerere University, He is also a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, a Certified Public Accountant of Uganda and holds a Bachelor in Commerce (Accounting) degree from Makerere University.
