Zachary Bale has a diverse and extensive work experience. Zachary is currently the Managing Partner at Wasatch Leaderworks since 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Fellow Coach at BetterUp starting in 2021. From 2015 to 2019, they held multiple roles at Housing Connect, including Chief Program Officer/Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer. Zachary was also the Chair of the Housing Core Function Group at the Salt Lake Valley Coalition to End Homelessness from 2019. Previously, they worked as an Associate Instructor at the University of Utah, Chief Development Officer and Vice President of External Relations at Volunteers of America Utah, and held various positions at Valley Behavioral Health and Valley Foundation. Zachary has also served as Chair of the Salt Lake County Homeless Coordinating Council.
Zachary Bale has a diverse educational background. Zachary obtained a BA in Psychology from Luther College in the years 1997 to 2001. Following this, they pursued a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree at the University of Utah from 2005 to 2007.
In 2007, Zachary continued their education and enrolled in the Professional MBA Program at the University of Utah's David Eccles School of Business, earning their MBA in 2009.
Zachary further enhanced their professional skills by completing the Executive Development Program at the University of Notre Dame's Mendoza College of Business in 2014.
To strengthen their expertise in leadership coaching, Zachary attended Georgetown University in 2020 and earned an Executive Certificate in Leadership Coaching.
In addition to their formal education, Zachary possesses various certifications. Zachary obtained the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) designation from the International Coaching Federation in July 2022. Moreover, they hold a license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) from the Utah Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing, which they obtained in April 2010.
