Marit Degeling-Schouten has extensive experience in human resources and public services, currently serving as an HR-adviseur at Wooncompagnie since February 2017, where responsibilities include supporting P&O advisors in various HR tasks and managing digital personnel records. Additionally, Marit has worked with the Gemeente Medemblik in roles related to public services and customer contact since September 2015. Previous experience includes HR functions at Rabobank Hoorn-Midden Westfriesland from 2009 to 2014, covering employee onboarding, salary administration, and training organization, as well as various positions at Rabobank from 1997 to 2007 focusing on customer service. Marit holds an MBO in Commercial Services from Horizon College and has pursued further education at NCOI Opleidingen.
