Huub Beckers has extensive experience in organizational development and leadership, currently serving as a Member of the Board of Trustees for Wooncompagnie since October 2014, and as a Senior Expert for VNO-NCW Programma Uitzending Managers since January 2013. Additionally, Huub is a senior at Roots&Wings, focusing on enhancing personal and organizational well-being through leadership development and team collaboration. As Secretary to the Board of Stichting Stadsraad Monnickendam since April 2011, Huub represents the inhabitants of Monnickendam to the municipality of Waterland. Huub has also held the position of Chairman of the Board for Stichting Er Zijn since May 2005. Previous experience includes 17 years as a Management Consultant and Partner at De Galan & Voigt and a role as Trainer and Unit Manager at Schouten & Nelissen. Educational qualifications include post-graduate degrees in Systemic Consultancy and Organizational Leadership, as well as a Teaching Certificate in German language and literature from the University of Amsterdam.
