Kristin Fritz is currently the Chief Real Estate Officer at Housing Catalyst, where Kristin oversees real estate development projects focusing on affordable housing in Fort Collins, CO. Prior to this role, Kristin served as a Senior City Planner at the City and County of Denver, working on Transit Oriented Development (TOD) Station Area Plans. With a background in planning and development studies from UC Berkeley and Cal Poly-San Luis Obispo, Kristin has experience in comprehensive planning, advance planning, and design review.
