Nkechi M. Animashaun is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in housing finance and community development. Currently serving as the Senior Development Finance Manager at the Housing Authority of Baltimore City since March 2023, Nkechi previously held roles such as Chief Housing Opportunities at the Howard County Department of Housing and Community Development and HOME Program Specialist at Howard County Housing and Community Development. Additionally, Nkechi has been a Real Estate Agent with NextHome Premier Homes Realty since October 2017. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Community Planning from the University of Maryland, a Certificate in Business Accounting from The Community College of Baltimore County, and a Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Environment Design from Morgan State University.
