Dianne Cassen currently serves as the Corporate Advisor and Head of People & Culture at Housing Australia since May 2021. Cassen has extensive experience in human resources and executive search, having held significant roles such as Partner at Johnson Partners, where the focus was on leadership and succession planning within the real estate and property sectors. Previous experience includes consultancy roles aiding various companies in HR functions, Head of HR at Meriton Group, and Principal at Cassen Executive Consulting. Cassen built a foundation in recruitment and HR leadership as the National Manager for Property at Talent2 and as Australasian Practice Manager at Hudson. Educational achievements include executive programs at Saïd Business School, certifications from IECL and the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and an MBA from the University of Technology Sydney.
