Michael Feinberg is an experienced policy analyst currently serving as the Senior Policy Analyst at the Housing Assistance Council since May 2012. Prior to this role, Michael held the position of Chief in the Loan Origination Branch of the Single Family Housing Direct Loan Division at USDA/Rural Development from November 2000 to December 2011. Michael earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Economics and Rural Sociology from Penn State University, completing studies in 1978.
