Ruth Gipson Sanderson has extensive experience in the housing and care sector, currently serving as Housing Manager at Housing 21 since February 2017, where management of a vibrant Extra Care scheme in Derby is a primary responsibility. Previously, Ruth held the position of Housing and Care Manager, overseeing a large extra care complex, and also worked as an Assistant Care Manager and Care Worker during university studies, gaining valuable practical experience. Additional roles include Head Coach for a junior cheerleading team at Cheerleading Universe and Conference Assistant at British Sugar. Ruth's career began with a role as a waitress at The Admiral Wells from 2009 to 2015. Educationally, Ruth graduated from the University of Derby with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology.
