Fabiana Manabe has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. In their current position at Housi, they serve as the Head of Operations, a role they began in January 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Governance Coordinator for Housi from May 2020 to December 2021. Before joining Housi, Fabiana worked as an Account Manager for ELIS Brasil from August 2018 to May 2020. Fabiana started their career at WZ Hotel Jardins in 2014, where they held multiple positions including Reception Manager and Operational Coordinator. During their time at WZ Hotel Jardins, Fabiana managed a team of 35 employees and was responsible for various operational tasks, partner acquisition, and guest services. Fabiana's earliest work experience was as a Flight Attendant for TAM from May 2010 to September 2014.

Fabiana Manabe completed their undergraduate studies in Hotel and Tourism at the Universidade Metodista de São Paulo from 2005 to 2010.
