Julian Pannett has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Starting in 1999, they served in various roles in the British Army, including Program Coordinator, Attack Helicopter Squadron Commander, and Desk Officer for UK Current Operations in Afghanistan. In 2016, they attended the Defence Academy as a student, excelling in Capability and Acquisition. Julian then joined Jacobs in 2019 as an Interface and Interdependencies Lead - Senior Associate Director. In 2020, they worked at the Houses of Parliament Restoration & Renewal as Head of Programme Security and Interfaces and Business Continuity Lead. Currently, they hold the position of Major Programmes Initiation Director, Europe at Jacobs, starting in 2022.
Julian Pannett holds a Master's degree from King's College London. Additionally, they have studied Business Administration and Management, General at Alliance Manchester Business School. Moreover, they are a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute. Julian also has certifications in Agile Project Management Practitioner from APMG International and MSPâ„¢ Practitioner from PeopleCert, obtained in August 2019 and July 2019, respectively.
